1. Returns

• You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s).
• To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags attached.
• Please note that returns are at the customer’s expense, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service to return your items, as we are not responsible for any items lost during return shipping.

2. Refunds

• Once your returned item(s) are received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
• If the return is approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Faulty or Incorrect Items

• If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the issue. We will offer a full refund or replacement at no extra cost, including return shipping.

4. How to Return an Item

5. Exchanges

• We can offer exchanges for a different size or style if not worn, please return the original item and the exchange will be sent.
